Moving on Campus, what the heck do we bring?

Graduation is over and now after a short time off it is time to get ready to move on campus and get ready for college. Keep in mind a dorm room is really not the largest room in the house and many times it is shared with a roommate who will bring their stuff as well.

Here are some tips on how to cut down what you have to drag with you.

* See if you can connect with your potential roommate and find out what your roommate will bring. It be silly when both of you bring a microwave, refrigerator or TV. They would take up way to much room.

* Find out from the school what you are allowed to bring and what will have to stay home. There is a good chance that some of the things you wanted to bring have to stay home and it make no since you taking them with you and then your parents have to take them back home with them.
