Who will your buyer be in 2015?

2014 has seen a strengthening boomer market and 2015 should not be any different. Many of the Millennials that normally would be able to fill any void left by a baby boomer by now do not have the means and the ability to buy and 2015 will not be any different from 2014. The cool part with the millennial buyer is the diversity they will bring to the market. There is a healthy split in how they see their world and where they would like to move to.

Some of them are the urbanites and they will be very happy when they can stay in or close to the burbs. This is far enough from the city to raise the kids but close enough to enjoy the great culture and entertainment the urban areas can offer them.

In the past many boomers tend to move to some of the warmer coastal regions of the US to retire and enjoy their retirement years. With the new medical rule changes due to the affordable care act, the boomers actually will stay longer on the job to be able to afford the raising healthcare cost. It was already announced that the cost of health care would rise between 3 and 5 % by 2015.
