• We will show you a purchase agreement and walk you through the details.

During the search for a Home we will:

• Update you via e-mail or a phone call on possible Homes that become available.
• Schedule any showing for you.
• We will be with you during any showing for questions you may have.

After an accepted offer and prior to closing we will:

• Recommend different Insurance companies when you don’t have a relationship with one already
  
• Recommend several Home inspection companies for the recommended Home inspection.
• We will get the closing forms prior to closing and walk you though the closing details.
• We will attend the closing and are available for any question prior and after the closing.
• Remind you prior to closing about the cashier’s check and insurance information you will need that day.

After the Closing we will:

• Send you a 30 day reminder for filing the Mortgage and Homestead exemption.
• Keep in touch with you for any future service need you may have.
