I will write about this in two blogs (otherwise it is to long).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\"> First I thought I grab the thought on (at least for me)&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\"> <strong>What is a Leader?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\"> Guides others toward a common goal, <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\"> Showing the way by example, <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\"> Creates an environment in which team members feel actively involved in the entire process. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\">Is not the boss of the team <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\">Is the person that is committed to carrying out the mission. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\"> <strong>Qualities of a good leader<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\"> <strong><em>Listens:<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\"> Open minded to new ideas <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\"> Open minded to new ways of doing things <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\"> Everyone in the group will be heard. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\"> Listen to ideas <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\"> Accept constructive criticisms. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\">\u00a0<em><strong>Focused:<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\"> Remind yourself and the group of the goals and mission. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\"> You need to on track and keep others on track, <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\"> Keep the team will motivated and it be more productive. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\"> Schedule time to meet with your Team <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\"> Establish and check-in about the goals you hope to achieve. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\"> <em><strong>\u00a0Organized:<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\">A leader set&#8217;s the tone for the team. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\">A leader who is organized helps motivate team members to be organized as well. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\"> <em><strong>\u00a0Available:<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\"> Holds frequent group and personal meetings <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\"> Questions or concern can be addressed right away and can be handled sooner <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\">\u00a0<strong><em>Include others:<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\">As a leader, you should not do all the work. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\"> Poor use of time is when you do everything yourself and prevents your Venture from growing. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\"> Leader should work with his\/her teammates <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\"> Learn how to delegate responsibility <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\"> Being mindful of everyone&#8217;s interests, goals and strengths. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\">\u00a0<em><strong>Decisive:<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\"> You are not always going to be able to reach a compromise. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\"> Don&#8217;t be afraid to make the final decision, even if some team members disagree with you. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\">\u00a0<em><strong>Confident:<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\"> Confidence is one of the most important characteristic of a leader. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\">If you don&#8217;t believe in yourself and the success of your Venture, no one else will. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\"> Show that you are dedicated, intelligent, and proud of what you are doing. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span
