Just taking a few minutes to read some of the posts on the\u00a0 Affiliated Women International (AWI) – The Connection Station<\/a> and Linda Fitzgerald\u2019s<\/a> post about \u201cBeware advice givers<\/a>\u201d reminds me of the post I have written about \u201c I m and expert\u2026\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n How many time have we ran into the \u201cexperts\u201d in a field or to the handful of individuals who love to give their unsolicited active about something.<\/p>\n Two quotes come in mind.<\/p>\n A quote from Samuel Taylor Coleridge<\/i>:<\/p>\n Advice is like snow – the softer it falls, the longer it dwells upon, and the deeper in sinks into the mind.<\/p>\n And the other one is from Denis Waitley<\/i>:<\/p>\n Never become so much of an expert that you stop gaining expertise. View life as a continuous learning experience.<\/p>\n How well put by both of them.<\/p>\n What has this now to do with motivation?<\/p>\n Simple\u2026..
