Conventional or insured<\/p>\n<p>Has a loan modification been attempted? Yes\/no<\/p>\n<p>Was a written short sale approval given? Yes\/no<\/p>\n<p>Is the homeowner cooperating? Yes\/No<\/p>\n<p>Is the homeowner employed or self employed?<\/p>\n<p>Do you have a <strong>CURRENT:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tax return<\/li>\n<li>Bank Statement (2 months contiguous)<\/li>\n<li>Pay stubs or other proof of <strong>ALL<\/strong> reported income (2 months contiguous)<\/li>\n<li>Filled out financial form, signed and dated and all income information confirmed or back up with written proof.<\/li>\n<li>Hardship letter (not older than 30 days)<\/li>\n<li>Filled out RMA form.
