This week we are going to turn the reporting upside down and inside out. We are still keeping with the three original counties we had focused on in the past but this week we are pointing out the neighborhoods and property details of sold properties only.

Johnson County Indiana had 43 properties that sold last week with a median sales price of $182,460. The buyers clearly focused on purchasing the 3 bedroom with the 2 full bath homes compared to any of the other properties in the county. The most favorite neighborhoods to purchase in were the Clearbrook Park and Copperfield South neighborhoods. Both neighborhoods are in Pleasant township and are in Greenwood Indiana. Homes in the Clearbrook Park Neighborhood sold for a median sales price of $103,845 and Copperfield South neighborhood homes sold for a median sales price of $186,500.

Marion County Indiana had a 225 closings last week and the average closing price was $139,501. The Lighthouse Cove Neighborhood in Lawrence Township, with their 4 bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom homes, was clearly the favorite neighborhood buyers spent their home buying dollars. The Lighthouse Cove Neighborhood Median sales price was $169,250. Other spots buyers favored this week was in the City Limits of Beech Grove and the Bellaire Neighborhood in Washington Township. In Marion County buyers clearly focused on the 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom homes. Beech Groves median sales price was $59,933 and the median sales price for the Bellaire Neighborhood was $87,500.

Hamilton County Indiana had 112 sales last week with a median sales price of $260,621. The leading focus was in the 4 bedroom 2 ½ bath homes. Hamilton County had three neighborhood who had an equal amount of sales in them. Homes within the Kingsley Acres Neighborhood in the Noblesville Township sold for a median sales price of $186,833. Homes in Sunblest Farms in Hamilton Township sold for an median sales price of $176,333. Homes in the Sweet Briar Acreages neighborhood in Fall Creek Township sold for a median sales price of $210,967. All three neighborhood were the favorite of last week’s buyers.
