Before you even commit to sell your home with the Settles Team we are committed to getting to you know you during an informal initial meeting.

During the first initial meeting we would like to take exterior and interior photos, measure each room, and assess your home’s key features. We also will discuss any improvements you may have made to the home and find out about your concerns.
